Offered as an add on with 'Heal your Karma, Live your Dharma' or as part of your Home, Work, or Zoom experience. Through guided meditation there is no limit to the adventures waiting for you! Each in person session is performed in unison with an aligning energy treatment. This allows the body to feel the meditation & hone in on your unique needs for each treatment. All you have to do is relax & immerse yourself in the adventure playing out in your consciousness, becoming fixed with your energy so you can start to listen & trust in your feelings, spirit guides, angels, & higher self.
